Now for Part 2 of our series, the preliminary roster for the United States, whose Olympic orientation camp runs this Monday to Wednesday in Woodridge, Ill., near Chicago. Accused cabbie assailant and erstwhile “face of Buffalo” Patrick Kane was originally going to have to miss the camp, but his lawyer, Paul Cambria Jr., successfully petitioned the Erie County district attorney’s office to push Kane’s hearing back to Thursday.
