my luck is finally changing!!!!! thanks scf!!!
Hey guys got real good news about 15 minutes ago and wanted to share. As some of you might know i seem to have the worst luck out of anybody i know, and it has been like that for over 5 years when i got hurt. Well the weekend of the national i entered a contest on here and one a ultimate rookie auto card!!! You had to guess the serial number of the last hit in the forth box. So if the card was numbered 132/299,You either had to guess 132 or be closest to that number well the number i picked was 136 and the number of the card was 144. So i won i was the closest!!!
Then last month i got the new issue of b****tt sports card monthly and in it was a contest about writing a essay on the greatest lion of all time. The winner got a matthew stafford autographed rookie card!!!!
Well guess what? about a half hour ago i checked my email and i had a email from b****tt that told me i was the winner i won the stafford auto rookie how cool is that i have never won anything in my life and know have won twice in the past week!!! im so happy!!! i was just getting ready to buy a auto rookie of him today and told the guy i would have to think about it!!!
Below is the story i wrote and the email from beckett telling me i was the winner!!!
By the way i wrote this in a hurry and if some of the grammer is bad im sorry in advance.
Congratulations. You were selected as one of the winners of a Matt Stafford autograph card. It will be mailed to the address you provided later this week.
Thanks,

In my opinion the greatest player in lions history is Barry Sanders, I remember the first time i saw him play in the silver dome in Pontiac,Michigan. I was eight years old and even though my family did not have a lot of money and my mother raised three kids on her own she always took me to a game or two a year. I remember siting in the stands and the crowd cheering as he walked on the Field and it was our turn on offense. Barry had not practiced hardly and had been in a contract dispute and missed pretty much all of training camp. But when they handed him the ball for his first carry he ran for about twenty yards and you could tell by the look on the defensive players faces they were thinking who is this little guy that ducks and moves like it is nobody business. Then on his fourth carry he scored a touchdown and the silver dome erupted as i looked around and saw people high fiveing and jumping up and down. I looked at my mom and even though we were struggling it was like we did not have a care in the world. no worries about bills, and food and everything else. We were happy and we knew then we were seeing one of the greatest to ever play the game. He ended up running for right around 100 yards and every time he touched the ball it was like he was on the Field by himself. When we walked out of the silver dome that day all you could here was did you see Barry pull that spin move? did you see Barry score that touchdown? did you see him duck that defender and so on and i remember walking back to the car i could not take the smile of my face. My mom bought me a program that day and the whole way home i just kept reading and telling my mom everything it said and every fact about Barry sanders there was. When i got home that night i sit on the floor and read that program front to back a hundred times. And would not put it down. I took it to school the next day and told my teacher and all my Friends that i saw the best ever yesterday and that he ran for a touchdown on his fourth carry. I showed them the program and would not shut up about it. Ever since that day i watched Barry sanders every week and collected all his cards and knew everything about him. Barry was shy and did not care about winning awards for him self he wanted the team to win more and that was his passion. The other game i went to that year was against the buc's and Barry was up to his same old tricks. He scored a touch down that game and ran for over 100 yards. I remember we beat them pretty bad and Barry did not play much of the second half. but every time Barry was in the game and the ball was being handed off to him or the ball was in his hands. The whole silver dome was on there feet waiting for Barry to do something spectacular. That is how it always was when Barry was in the game. and from my point of view that is why Barry is the greatest of all time. It is not about awards, and records it is about people and putting a smile on there face. Letting the fans forget even if it just for one day about there problems and there situations at home. The people cheering and high fiveing each other and hugging and jumping up and down. because Barry just scored another touchdown or did you see Barry he was 10 yards in the backfield and made that guys miss and got a 30 yard gain that is what it is all about. Every year and every game we got to go Barry put a smile on people faces. Standing on the seat because that is the only way you can see because everybody else is standing up because the ball is in Barry hands. Barry ran for over a 1000 yards a season every year that he played and scored more touchdowns then people can remember or even think about. But none of that mattered to Barry wanted to win and win as a team. Barry wanted to hold that trophy in the air and show his dad that he was one of the best and not Jim brown or Walter Payton but him. And why do i say these two guys because when i was little and was in the car with my mom or grand parents i remember sitting in the back seat listen to the radio and hearing Barry's dad every week call in to the radio station and talk about the game and Barry and he would always say Barry is good but Jim brown and Walter Payton are the best that ever played. and when i would hear Barry's dad talk i would wonder if Barry's dad had ever been to a game at the silver dome. If Barry's did had ever seen the 60,000 plus people at the silver dome cheering Barry and watching his every move if his dad had seen the smiles and the high fives and if Barry s dad ever thought about how happy the people in the silver dome were and maybe even just for one day got to see that nothing else mattered to us. We never made it to the super bowl and we only won one playoff game against the cowboys the whole time Barry was king. But it did not matter to us and it never will because we got to see Barry play every week for sixteen games a year and he put smile on your faces and that was all that mattered because if you were watching him on t.v or at the game you knew you were getting to see something special and you never knew if he was going to bust a 50 yard run from being 15 yards in the backfield or see him do spin after spin all the way down the Field as he made the defense look stupid and slow as he trotted into the end zone. You were getting to see the best ever and the greatest lion of all time. Barry Sanders was our lion king and will always be!!!!!

Nice article and congrats on winning both contests. I would think since your on a HOTT!!! streak you should brobably go bust some wax and see what you can come up with. LOL
On a serious note, I really enjoyed your article except that you used my BUCS as a door mat. I think I'm going to have my wife read it so maybe she can understand why I enjoy the game so much. Thanks for the thread.
