he gets
2008 matt ryan national treasures patch auto /99 3 color patch auto

You asking for our opinion? I say go for it if a Payton auto is something you REALLY want for your PC or something. Otherwise I'd hold onto the Ryan.

If the Payton is for PC, then do it. If its just for trade bait, i'd probably hold on to the Ryan

An auto of a HOF'er and one of the most respected players of all time in exchange for a patch auto of a kid who might not ever even sniff the HOF??? I'd take the Payton, no doubt in my mind!!!
EDIT: if it's the "cut" phone card, I retract my statement, keep the Ryan
