Would we be required to "send first"?

    I've got a question....

Why would someone with 100+ feedback send first to a new member with 0 feedbacks? Or better yet, why would someone trying to sell a card have to send first to you?

My brother was going to sell a $20 auto to you. You replied and said that if HE sent first(100+feedbacks) then you would send $5 to him. Whenever you are selling something, you don't send your inventory off until the Cash has been received. Several of us were just curious why you warrant someone to send first on a sale when you are buying.

Anyway, good luck getting a "decent" auto for a lot of base cards.
