its a manufactured patch commerating something special about that player....i dont know the value but i would guess maybe 40-50...i really dont know

sometimes those manf patches sell for more than you'd think they would. especially being a Lebron card. Try looking at completed listings of Lebron patches on eBay to get a value.

it's 08'09 UD Premier "Premier Stitchings" patch card...you got 1 of the best players you could get...but I'm not a huge fan of these cards

thanks you all.. i had one person tell me book was about 60, not sure about that.
hopefully i can trade it for NASCAR.

Yes, it is an 08-09 Premier Stitchings manufactured patch. The regular issue numbered to 50 books for $50, and the multiplier for the /25 is 1.25, so the book for yours is $62.50. Very nice card, btw :)
