Picks for tonight's Strikeforce event ...

    Here's mine

Santos over Carano via KO Rnd2
    ---- The hype ends

Hieron over Taylor via sub Rnd3
---- Hieron is hungry ... He has the skills

Mousasi over Sobral via unanimous dec.
---- I don't even think this one will be close (Remember Lambert)

Melendez over Ishida via split dec
----- El Nino was complaining about training time ... It's a mind game too

Werdum over Kyle via TKO round 2
---- This dude needs a win, and he knows it. Kyle will gas

Cook over Lighty via unanimous dec.
--- This cook guy is toughm but Lighty is coming in to fight

Douglas over Wilcox via sub Round 2
----- Wilcox will win most of this fight, but get caught in the end.

Terry over Bucia via KO Round 3
---- Didn't Terry play for the Hawks. Oh, Jason ... Anyway, swooping KO

Trevino over Hill via split decision
----- Jeopardy gets a little better ratings than Piston basketball

Fights were ok. Melendez looked pretty good i thought avenging his previous loss. Gina got some decent shots in but couldn't cut it with Cyborg. Everytime Cyborg came at her with strikes Gina lowered and covered her face. You can't expect to last like that. Exciting match anyhow.

It was a good event. Cyborg was just too strong. Mousasi looked great and will rule the 205 class. Give him a year and I'd love to see him against Anderson Silvia (which can't happen unless he leaves Strike Force).

Mousasi is a monster, glad to see him get some publicity in the U.S. My only problem with Strikeforce is that their champs never really defend their belts. I will agree with you on Silva though, but i think Anderson would destroy him.
