I never understood what the good of the guarentee is on the back if they get it wrong? I have a Cam Barker RC #/5 that had a Cam Ward AU on it an now is worth zip. I contacted them and their excuse was 'errors happen' What gives?

Card are printed even before the player sign the card and then human handle them and error do happen. Human are what they are. If you have work, I am sure you have seen employee around you make error. They do happen and in every company.
For certain collectors, their fun is to collect error. I am sure UD does not want to loose customer
P.S. all I am saying is that it easy to pick on UD but they are no worse then Topps and O-Pee-Chee were back in the old days. Actually they probaly had more and they were only printed. With today's market they need to gather jersey, keep track of the name and same with auto. With these new ways of making cards, new type of error has emerge but the quakity of base set is far better then it was back then. But the king of error remain Pro-set cards
. I hope no one beats them in the future.

I noticed this card listed as a Gaborik card a few days ago and emailed the seller, he pulled the listing and re-listed with the extra sales pitch to try and get more out of it. Error cards do nothing for me, but I`m sure someone will want it :)

i dont think its a sticker i think probably the Gaborik card got improperly sorted into the pile that got sent out to Gillies and he didnt notice or didnt care.

Would you not think that this would devalue a card, rather than it become a premium. I know I wouldn't jump to get it.
