    need chris carlins email at upper deck pleeez

    Before I left to alaska I got what I thought to be my exquisite redemption. I open the envelope and. Nada nothing zilch. So I call ud and talk with a chris simmons or something like that. Had to fax some info and would get back to me. Well now almost two months later. Nothing. Will not reply to emails or phone calls. Prett fed up with this guy and want to talk to the man in charge. So I anyone can help me I would be very greatful. By the way the card I speek of is early ™™™™™™t auto patch xx/75. Like I'm gona steel that. But not the point. Just want what I paid for no more no less. Thanks

    from my understanding alot of people lost their job at UD recently.....he might not even work there anymore

    it was pointed out to me when i was upset that i never received the brandon sutter SPA FW auto that was supposed to have been sent out in april.....and the customer service rep was a complete jerk....guess he found out he was losing his job that day

    Lol. Yeah the guy was very short with me and rather rude as well. I've been dealing w ud for years through redemptions and this was a first. And hopefuly last time this happens

    Did you post a thread about this before? Reason I ask,I had the same thing happen to me....09 UDDE Rudy Carpenter Auto. I received the envelope around the end of June,problem is UD said it was sent on July 7th,anyway envelope was not tampered with,matter of fact it was sealed very well,but not a thing inside,no card,no letter. I contacted UD about it,they said it was suspicious,and would get back to me. They did a follow-up call about a month ago with the promise of calling me back in 2-3 days,so far nothing. I am not purchasing any UD products until it is resolved. I didn't talk to Chris though,I talked to a lady.

    this is starting to sound very suspicious....multiple customers having the same thing happen over and over....

    Yes I did the day I got the envelope. Posted it hear on I think june 25th just a few days before I left for. Ak. Just like the envelope nothing zilch nada. So if anyone has a email for him please let me know. My work is out side and very long hours so I can't call. Can't bring phone to work for they furnish one for me. And no personial calls.
