This is what the 'hinged card' is;
There are 23 different 1/1's for Jordan according to the checklist. I'm assuming the achievements mentioned are just different on them.

It was very nice of your wife to let you give yourself a little expensive treat, and in the end, it REALLY paid off! That's great, I'm glad you were happy about pulling that card, perhaps somebody wouldn't of been that excited, and would have been like "oh look at this, an MJ" like it was nothing!
