Exactly! It is called "delivery confirmation" because it is only updated when it is delivered. It is not "tracking"

That is untrue, its the same thing, every night it will show you an update, it will show you if its moved anywhere, and this STILL hasn't...

No, it does not update every night for all packages. I send at least 50 packages with DC each week. I'd say about 80% of them do give you updates as they scan along the way. However, depending on the way it was scanned at the beginning, some will not give you an update until it is actually delivered, just as the previous post said.

Well i was going off my previous expierence, since it always has, not questioning you, as your a big seller so i'm sure you have a better knowledge with this stuff than i do, however its been 12 days now and still nothing in my mailbox, i sent the seller a message when i started this thread and still no response, i'll give him one more week, if nothing by then, i'll file a dispute, that should get his attention, i expected with his feedback though there may be a problem..

I would not wait another week. I think that is too much time especially after waiting more than 10 days. Plus, he has not replied back to you with an answer. I would just file the complaint and make sure you get his attention. Then u can talk to him and see what happens.
