E-bay Problem. Please help!!
I'm looking for some advise on how to handle this auction I just won on ebay. I won the auction about a little over a week ago for $900 dollars. I get a request from ebay a few days ago stating that the dealer wanted to cancel the transaction. I reply with no and have sent dealer four different messages with no reply on if everything was ok. I have stated that i will send out money the second he reply to my messages. Its been a few days what should i do? I don't want to send out $900 to a guy that's not going to send out my cards. I know paypal will refund my money if he doesn't send out the cards but would rather not wait a few weeks for them to get everything sorted out if that happens. Any imput was be great. thanking everyone in advance.
If you need any info please let me know. I am not sure of the policy and what i can and can not post on this site.

Just cancel the transaction, he wanted too and you said no. He isn't going to send your cards, so why try to get them if they don't want to send them?

i have sold a few cards on ebay for a lot less then i was hoping for. I always send out every time. I didn't know you can just back out if it didn't sell for what you hope for.

Well usually you don't, but sometimes things happen and maybe they don't have all of the cards, just move on and leave them negative feedback

Yea, just move on and leave a negative feedback for backing out of a deal.

I agree w/ the last reply you received. I don't like negative feedbacks, but this guy sounds like he deserves one. He may also leave you one, at times, they are worth the hassle. Be honest and let your record prove your worth. I have 800+ rating mainly buying, taken and taken losses. 900 is a lot to lose.

Sellers can't leave negative feedback on ebay anymore

I would pay....
He hasn't specifically say that he is not going to send the payment.
And how is his feedback? Good? He'll probably send....

If you havent paid yet why risk it? Yes theres the protection of paypal, but if there's the slightest chance (and in this case its a great chance) that youre not going to get the cards why deal with the headache...
Leave him neg feedback and move on.

Precisely, good advice!
Obviously the seller isn't interested in letting go of the cards...
Shady move but what can you do. By paying I doubt you'll persuade him.
All you'll do is have your $900 tied up in disputes for 2-3 weeks.
