Another question from me

I've got another question( sorry for the overload, maybe someone can make an FAQ out of my questions)

What would be the best time to send TTM? For example, would it be best to send now for baseball, with the regular season coming to a near close and most teams shutting it down. Or would it be best for football, with preseason underway and some good time before the regular season starts. Or basketball, which is currently in offseason(which I doubt since no players are at their respective stadiums, but maybe better for home addys.)

Edit; just reread it and I confused myself lol. Here's my question basicallY:

When's the best time to send during a sport's season?

1.offseason
2.training camp/spring training/summer league
3.preseason
4. middle of regular season
5. near the end of regular season
6. postseason

I would say that when the season starts, for which ever sport, would be the best time. I already had a few TTM's come back from some NFL RC.
