What happens if the circles are NOT in the frames part of the photoshop program. I use Photshop Elements 5.

Well, in your tutorial, you had mentioned that the Circles in your customs were found in the frame section of photoshop. I looked through mine and didn't see any. Unless I read that wrong?

I was referring to the layer I created that had the "frames" I made in them.
I had to create the yellow circle-shaped "frames" from scratch. I used the circular marquee tool (M) to create the circle. Then, using the stroke feature, I filled out the selection to make the "frame" for the player images.
