PS3 price drop, new PS3 Slim released September
Of course, right after I buy my 80GB PS3 Sony comes out with a smaller better version that's cheaper too!

The price cut has taken place too on older models, shop around and you'll find all of them $100 cheaper!

Not only that, but if you are into real gaming ... the Wii will get extremely old extremely fast. The novelty of the Wii is fun, but it grows old quickly. Great for the kiddies and wifey, and even for parties and what not but when I'm sittin around I like to jam some PS3!!

Don't forget that the PS3 is an excellent media server. You can watch any video or music that you have stored on your computer on your tv using the PS3.
