Ok Tommy Baldwin Racing Car #36 Has Carpentier ,Mike Skinner in it

When the car makes the field it lucky to get in 40 Laps and Goes to the Pits
And they always end up in 36 to 43 place..

It must cost more to run a race then what they Win and you think Nascar would have a Rule about Cars Like this it not the only car that also does this

Actually they are doing just that, they do recieve more for running then. They do so to keep there equipment in shape, no chance of really tearing something up and they can keep the team intact. The are a few teams that do this.

Yea teams making low amounts of money that are trying to build usually do this. People around NASCAR are starting to call it "Start and Park" where the driver does make money, but has very limited chance of wrecking and losing money. NASCAR is making rules where they will actually have officials checking to see if there is really anything wrong with the car. If the car is not damaged, then NASCAR will force the car back out, or suspend the team. Hope that helped. Thanks

Actually, there are cases where NASCAR 'invites' teams like this to races. NASCAR has a contractual obligation to the venue, event promoters, and TV contract to provide full fields for races. If a race starts with less than 43 cars, NASCAR has to give money back to these contract holders. So, if there are less than 43 teams registered to qualify for a race, NASCAR will 'invite' a team or teams, usually racers local to the track or a team that will be participating in a support race, to take a provisional starting spot and fill the field. As long as 43 cars take the green flag, NASCAR has met its obligation, and those teams can then park the car so they don't tear it up (as it is usually borrowed or rented) and take their last place money.

I seriously doubt that NASCAR will ever peanalize a team for parking the car due to 'handling problems'. NASCAR sets a minimum lap speed at each race. Each car must maintain at least that minimum speed or NASCAR black flags them (tells them to get off the track) for safety reasons. If a car is too slow to be competitive, they will not be required to go back out on the track and get in the way of everyone else.
