Topps Replacement - NOT HAPPY
I pulled a Bob Sanders Mayo Framed Auto redemption last year and I was SOOOOO pumped. A nice PC pull of one of my favorites!
I sent it in and after no emails, no phone calls, Topps sends me a package, I was pretty excited seeing it was from Topps and anticipating the Bob auto
instead I pull out a Devin Hester 06 Topps Auto. which is a sticker Auto and pictures him in college uni. Now this isnt that bad of a replacement, but I know other companies will at least try to replace with something from your team or another player you like. It just pisses me off that they dont ask, they just pack something up and ship it.
Its not my fault they cant get the card made, why do I have to be on the short end of the deal??
Anyone have a phone number for Topps? I want to call and at least ask for an exchange, even if its another Colts player I would be happy

That sucks, but like you said, at least it is a decent card, maybe just not what you were hoping for. Their service department phone # is on their website. Good luck, hope they take care of you.

Good luck with that. Topps is horrible about replacing redemptions. Id be happy with the Hester and just move on.

Like I said, the Hester is not so bad. if this was another player, like the Antonio Pittman redemption I just sent to DLP, I wouldnt care so much, but this was going into the PC.

Yea still a nice replacement but it sucks when you are expecting one card and dont get it though. Topps is not very good about their replacements. They will probably tell you the cards are of equal value so we wont do anything. Good luck trying to sway them.

Personally, I'd be happy with the Hester auto replacement. But seeing that you're a Colts collector, you're probably looking for something comparable in a Colts player. Hopefully, Topps would do something about it and come through for you.
