    No. There is a rule that states that a player must be 19 and a year removed from high school to be eligible for the NBA Draft. So, unless the NBA changes this rule, then it will not be broken.

    The age limit for international players is 18...Ricky Rubio, for example, is only 18...

    I don't think so. You never know, though. All it takes is one 16 year old kid to take the case to the Supreme court for age discrimination. I'm surprised none of the other prospects have done it yet.

    I think there is the possibility, but I still voted no - a player would have to be 17 when drafted, and not turn 18 until September, and make the allstar team in his rookie season, in order to break this record.

    I don't think so. Not only do you have to find someone that is young enough, but they also have to be good enough to get into the All-Star game.
