Bingo. That's the bottom line with Rondo. He's not a good enough shooter than he can create his own shot if he were the focal point. Once Garnett/Allen retire, Rondo will be average at best, just like he was when he came into the league. His game hasn't evolved much since he came to the NBA (which his terrible shot proves), just the players around him have made him better.

WOW did he say what I think he said!!!!! lol!!!

LOL, from his lips I could make out "Vacuum!"

Rondo is good, not great. Would say he'll be pretty good at best over his career.

I agree with both of you guys. I dont think he'll end up being great since the Big Three are getting older so when they slowly start to fade away Rondo wont have as much talent around him then previously when the Big Three just took form. thanx :)

See? When you don't talk smack on a Cleveland team, we typically have the same thoughts about most things.

Rondo / Chauncy same type of players. Needs to be more confident on his shot. Have to mention his bad autograph.

of course he will be great he came from kentucky. name 1 pg that can drive to the bucket better and faster than rondo, exactly no one. he is going to be great, he had 20+ assist in one game with 16+ points and i think 9 rebs. no pg can rebound, drive, and take over when needed the way he can. but his downfall is no pg can shoot free throws and 3 pointers like him either, lol.

Don't forget his braveness to take the game winning shot.

Haha just playing, I don't like him but I think he has a lot of potential of being a great player.

Rondo is a great player, but not amazing. He will be a Deron Williams type of player if he develops a little more.

    Future All-Star.

I guess none of you watched the Celtics/Bull series... Rondo did everything without the big three.

Rondo will be great. He has everything, just needs to slightly improve a jumper...
He was knocking a lot of jumpers towards the end of the season and in the playoffs.
