Set Building Forum NOTE--PLEASE READ!!
I have again started to archive and archive many threads in the set building forum which have not had a thread response or bump within 6 months. I figure that if a thread hasn't gotten a response in over 6 months or hasn't been bumped, then it must not be too important and is cluttering this forum. I will be reviewing all baseball set building threads that are 6 months old since getting a response or bump, so if you want to keep a thread in this forum, please bump it. If you no longer need the thread or have since completed the set, let me know as well so I can clean up the forum. Also, if you use this forum, please read the sticky threads on how to title your thread and properly post in the forum. Thanks!!!!!

Another note...to bring up the most recent threads that have been posted or responded to in the set building forum, just click on the "Last Post" link which is in the menu bar above the sticky threads. The threads will be listed in order by most recent Year and Set unless you do this

Don:
Thanks for this clean up. It does make it easier to find current set ewants from members without looking at something old and not current.
I just wish the football set forum would do the same,
Thanks again

One more request...to assist in identifying set building forum threads in which the sets have been completed, please edit your thread title to read as "SET COMPLETE and set name". For instance, if you completed a set of 2009 Topps, your title should be changed to "SET COMPLETE -- 2009 Topps". This will put the thread at the top of the list and once I see that the set is complete, I will close and archive the thread since it is no longer needed. You could also PM me the link to your set building thread when it's no longer needed as well.
Thanks for your cooperation

Just a reminder to PM me when you complete a set so we can close the thread and move it to the baseball card archives.
Also, if you do not bump or get a response to your threads in the set building forum within a 6-month period, the thread will be clsoed and archived. If you want it reopened and moved back to the set building forum, contact me and I'll see what I can do. This is done to keep the set building forum from being cluttered with old and outdated threads.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
--DO NOT make more than one thread per set that you are collecting or the threads will be merged
--Once again we are having problems with people not reading the rules for the set building forum -- post only the Set YEAR and BRAND in your title. Do not put "WTTF" or "Looking for" etc. Only year and set are allowed to keep threads in order. I will 1) edit the title to make it in compliance or 2) move it to the baseball card trading forum, or 3) close it and move it to archives. Any threads offering to sell/trade cards go in the trading forums. If you use the set building forum, please be specific and list the cards you need. People are more apt to help you out if you show a list instead of a generic statement such as "Looking for all 2009 Topps"
