i think that if companies are willing to pay athletes lots of money for exclusive contracts, then all of their autos should be on-card
so, i think all exclusive athletes should hard sign cards

well First think of it this way now im not saying all are like this but most....
From what i've seen Topps Slaps Sticker autos on there highly glossy cards such as Finest/topps chrome etc now think about it for a second, Highly Glossy card i doubt the Sharpie will write on it perfectly have you seen some IP autos on topps chrome???? i'de say they look pretty horrible IMO
Now for None Glossy cards such as Sp Authentic/Ultimate/Exquisite all have on card auto's since we all know Sharpie's are best for that so just a thought into some reason's for the sticker auto's....Now back on Topic.....!
I prefer on card auto's they look much more professional and brings out the card's style even more so that's my thought!Collecting All Current Las Vegas Raiders, Carmelo Anthony, Ken Griffey Jr, Bo Jackson, Frank Thomas.
plus many more, Also any Legend or HOF raider players as well.
Just getting back into the Hobby so not much tradebait but have some stuff just let me know what your looking for and i will see what i have, No trade List Available yet but i am working on one.

I don't like Sticker autograph.
This card is the first and (might be) the last sticker autograph card through entire my hobby life.

The reason why I still have gotten that card, that card is one of the only 15 cards in first Big 3 Celtics season.
(IF not, I might sell that card.)
Of course, low-end or middle level card's sticker is not bad.
(It's just preference.)
But what do you think about this?
If someone bought too many boxes but pulled below card?
(And do they have all relationship with eachother?)

Part of people commented like this.
"The reason UD used sticker autograph is to protect blured autograph or damaged card during signing"
Really ? I think the main reason is just for UD commercial.
Because part of Exquisite Swatch has blured autograph but UD hasn't used any sticker autograph at that.
(Off topic, if they use sticker at Swatch, it might be nightmare. lol)
If certain case is not inevitable situation(Like mine), Sticker autograph might not be good for high-end cards.
P.S. : I have thought topps had to use non-sticker autograph for 1 of 1 RC cards at least.

To me, an auto is an auto. If its of a player i like, i have no opinion. In terms of the NEW products, ALL SHOULD BE ON CARD!

heres my .02
I feel as if im gonna spend alot of money on these packs or boxes that they should have the best option available... i mean $100 $200 $500 a box, and there were worried about savin a few bucks along the line?? LMAO
youd think each company would be in competition with each other, tryin to out do the next guy... but its sad its become mainstream... and to the point where we've accepted the lower quality so why should they change...
theres really no reason for the card companies not to do it... and were the ones to blame for it... year after year we all empty our pocket books to order and preorder box upon box, case upon case... which basically tells the companies its workin. think they care what the cards sell for on the "after market" lol, no not even close... in fact i think ive seen disclosures on packs and boxes now, saying they dont guarentee any sort of value...
so in a nut shell... we all continue to pay higher prices, for a saturated cheaper product, when the manufactuer is cutting costs to save a few bucks???
hmmmmmm, where do i sign up? LOL

You would think on card autos are better. But on some products a sticker would be better. The auto will look lost on a flashy card if not for the sticker. Also look on the old SPx and the Sweet Spot autos those autos are on card and they are all faded or completely gone.

I lean towards hard signed. But the poll says "mid end" products. A combination of both is fine with me. On high end products, especially boxes that cost $100 or up when they first come out, there should be no sticker autos. I'm looking at you, Topps Signature.
