    Template

    Hey everyone,
I am new to the whole custom thing and I was just wondering how exactly do I go about creating a template. The cards dont have to be super fancy, I just want something basic with an autograph area. The problem is, my photoshop experience and knowledge is very limited, so if someone could explain it to me in the most basic form possible, it would be awesome.

Theres really no set way and it depends on your design. The one thing I would suggest though is placing everything on a seperate layer. That way you can manipulate and move things individually and it helps a lot when it somes to making a template. Get your first design down and then add layers with markings of where each piece of the design should go. That way your cards look the same each time. When your done, you can simply delete these layers.
