Nice catch! I noticed a Patrick Roy MVP card (can't remember which year) that had him listed as a Centreman... I e-mailed Beckett about it and had my name listed beside the sport in their old "Errors & Variations Report" they used to do!

I do not think any company really cares anymore about error cards of old unless its ones considered of value.

The Alex Goligoski Victory rookie isn't even him on the picture. It's Dustin Jeffrey and it's not even a mix up with another card since Jeffrey didn't have any cards released at the time...

Yeah..... once upon a time tags like COR, ERR, and UER were all used. The manufacturers.... if errors were spotted after the first print run.... would go and correct them for the second print run. Once in a while (Joe Nieuwendyk in 90-91 Pro Set, Vladimir Konstantinov in 91-92 OPC Premier) there was a big premium paid for the error cards because not nearly as many made their way into circulation.

Now that there is only ever one print run (as far as I know) all errors remain uncorrected, and there isn't any premium at all.

That Alex Goligoski Victory with Dustin Jeffrey picture is a funny one.... did they even make any cards of Jeffrey this year?

They made cards of him in the later series (Artifacts redemption, champs, BAP and The Cup)

I have a Tundra Tandems card listed as Kurri/Anderson in the card and Beckett book, but the card pictures Kurri and Krushelnyski.

several of the cup plates have errors this year. I've also seen 3 or 4 of them that have the wrong team listed for the player.
