i wouldn't say that.......not that long ago i saw the exact card above only with a patch of almost the entire hornet from the back of the jsy

It looks real to me. Here is a patch I pulled personally out of SPGU on Friday and it looks identical:
UD was supposed to use Logo's in that Exquisite Patch set, and it is their best product of the year. I see no reason to suspect the nature of the patch or the use of it in this product.

08/09 Upper Deck is a completely different story. Now they are clearing out all of their rare patches so I am not surprised that they released one of those. However, there aren't any logo cards in 06/07 Exquisite.

The way I look at it, the hornets have no association with okc what so ever. They only stayed at okc as a refuge when katrina hit, so it's kinda odd that ud would make a card with that kind of patch.

That patch is real. I have pulled many patches from past years jerseys. I have a Soriano patch card from 2008 that has a piece of his Yankees jersey, so it is possible that they use pieces they have lying around
