    Top 10 Disappointing Blockbusters

    Top 10 Disappointing Blockbusters

    The list:

Stealth (Jamie Foxx, Jessica Biel, Josh Lucas)
    Estimated Budget: $130 million
    Domestic Gross: $31,704,416

The Adventures of Pluto Nash (Eddie Murphy)
    Budget: $100 million (estimated)
Domestic Gross: $4,411,102 (seriously, now does a movie of any size only make $4m....that's really, really bad)

    Waterworld (Kevin Costner)
    Estimated Budget: $175 million
    Domestic Gross: $88,246,220

    Speed Racer (Emile Hirsch)
    Estimated Budget: $120 million
    Domestic Gross: $43,929,341

Speed 2: Cruise Control (Sandra Bullock, Jason Patric)
    Budget: $110,000,000 (estimated)
    Domestic Gross: $48,068,396

    Osmosis Jones (Bill Murray)
    Budget: $75 million (estimated)
    Domestic Gross: $13,596,911

    Catwoman (Halle Berry)
    Estimated Budget: $100 million
    Domestic Gross: $40,202,379

Wild Wild West (Will Smith, Kevin Kline)
    Estimated Budget: $170 million
Domestic Gross: $113,745,408 (actually pretty good for this list, but still lost over $56m)

Battlefield Earth: A Saga of the Year 3000 (John Travolta)
    Estimated Budget: $73 million
    Domestic Gross: $21,471,685

    Gigli (Ben Affleck, Jennifer Lopez)
    Estimated Budget: $54 million
    Domestic Gross: $6,068,735

So that's the list. I've actually only seen two of these and I knew they were going to be bad, I'm really good at picking out the good from the bad based on previews. But in the podunk town I live in, sometimes you go watch bad movies because you get tired of watching paint dry.

So how many did you pay to go see in the theater? And are there any that you disagree with?

Saw Wild Wild West in the theater and while I think it is definitely one of Will's worst movies, I don't think it's even close to as bad as most of the movies on this list.
    Osmosis Jones I enjoyed too.
I am one of the few people that like Waterworld, it reminds me of the Mad Max movies.

Never seen any of them in the Theatre ... I hate going to the movies. Last movie I saw in the theatre was TITANIC.

But I've only seen one of the movies on that list and it was Waterworld ... which I honestly didn't think was that bad really.

Didn't see any in the theater, but I have seen Wild Wild West, Speed 2 and Catwoman - none were great, but I wouldn't say any were horrible either...

I actually liked WWW and Waterworld. Battlefield earth was also a cool movie....But then this is coming form a guy who watches Spaceballs and Dude Where's my Car monthly.

    There's no accounting for taste I guess,lol.

I haven't seen the others though.

I saw 7 of those movies and I would like to fill out the form where I can request the hours of my life I wasted for 4 of them.

I've seen Water World and Wild Wild West. Terrible movies. The others, I can probably tell they are terrible also. Doesnt sound fair without watching them, but still.

I saw wild wild west back in the day, It's one of the few movies I can remember the whole movie of from when I was younger. I just remember will fighting giant metal spiders, while all the songs were from his rapping cd.
