    1961 Bart Starr

My neighbor is having a yard sale and he has quit collecting cards. I found the Starr in one of his boxes and ask what he was looking for on it. He wants 30.00 for it. It is not in very good shape, would this still be a good deal. I would like to get some one else's opinion.

IMO, that's way over priced. I don't know if it's a '61 topps or fleer (the fleer is slightly more expensive) but you can get the topps for a lot cheaper on eBay, and it might be in better condition.

It's the topps and the corners are slightly rounded and have chipped to where they are white. I would say it would maybe rate a 4 or 5.

You are correct, i didn't find one on ebay but i find one at a Cal. card shop that has one in EXMT for 30.00. Thanks for your input.
