"L" numbered questions?
ok I have a couple of peermans auto letters out of bowman. My question is they have run of a 100 on the back is that the total run of every letter or for each letter and if the name has 2 "E" did they make 200 with two sets of 100sorry if confused by my question. Also with the other companys and the letters how are they done?

there are 200 of them but they are their own letter to form peerman, you will find 1/100 for both, 2/100 etc etc

this is one of those things cards companies do that dont make sense, theres obviously 200 of these cards in existance but instead of just doing a REAL serial numbering they make 2 sets that are both falsely serial numbered. just plain stupid and what makes it worse is we cant even be sure there are only 200 of this card in existance or with 1/1 if there is really only 1 or did they make 2, 3, 4, or 5 of each 1/1. there was a thread on beckett where a guy has multiple identical 1/1's, same player, same card number, everything was exactly the same and he has a few sets of identical 1/1's. only reason he got them is cause he's the true definition of a player super collector and people contact him constantly about cards of the player they have. for the rest of us we probably would never know if a card numbered 2/100 is really the only one in existance, in all reality there could be 5 or 10 of those in circulation and the odds of them popping up at the same time to the same people is so limited that companies could get away with it except when it comes to the hard-core super collectors.
