Who??
Who's everyone lookin for in the new 09-10 rookies this season?? I, myself, am lookin at:
Taj Gibson...at 6' 9" a whopping 210#!! I think he's going to be a formidable forward for the Bulls!!! Definitely, needs some work though, as he's only avg'ing a LOW 62% Freet Throw..and only about 12pts per game..but, he does have a promising 8.5 rebounds per game, which the Bulls can definitely utilize. IF..he could keep his game suspensions DOWN..LOL.

Like every year, I'm looking at my Tarheels. Hansbrough, Green, Ellington, Lawson.
The last few seasons of Tarheels have not really lived up to expectations in the NBA. They're so close to Duke, I wonder if the curse is rubbing off in Chapel Hill.

I am looking at Johnny Flynn to be hot stuff this year, I love his passion for the game, which really showed in the 6 overtime game he had.

Nice Choice :) I guess I'll be fighting with you over his cards ;) But i guess I'm also looking for DeMar Derozan. I want to see how well he improves over his time as a rookie.

Johnny Flynn and Wayne Ellington, along with DeJuan Blair...Ellington and Blair could both prove to be key contributors to their teams, and for being late 1st-round and early 2nd-round picks, they should end up being considered steals.
Hasheem Thabeet is another one, but he's not really a surprise being a 7'3" blocking machine and the 2nd overall draft pick...

I'll be keeping an eye on Austin Daye. He's like a younger and skinnier version of Tayshaun Prince. He'll get a chance to learn the game from and play back up to Tayshaun on the small forward position. Eventually, he will take over Detroit's starting small forward position if they choose to move Tayshaun to free up some salary space for perhaps signing one of the bigger free agents available in the summer of 2010. He still needs to put on some weight, otherwise, he may be injury-prone.

Tyler Hansbrough...I'm really hoping he can be a solid contributor off the bench for my Pacers. He was amazing in summer league play, even stepping out to the 3, so I hope he just continues to get better and proves his haters wrong yet again.
