2009 Bowman '48 Errors?

I bought a couple of boxes of the Bowman '48 because I liked the look and I like retro-style sets. Anyway, I opened my first pack and it had an OJ Mayo auto and as I was going through the cards I saw 2 Gerald Wallace cards...now I had read elsewhere of some duplication within some of the packs, but when I turned the cards over, one had the write-up and #8 for Gerald Wallace, but the other had the write-up and #68 for Spencer Hawes. Does anyone know if this is a universal error? In another pack I just opened, there was a blue parallel with the picture of Gerald Wallace and the write up and #68 for Spencer Hawes.
