    first: there is no casehit (decoy) in each case

    could be you get a decoy along with a pogge or you dont
    have seen both happen

    well it was said that a /99 rookie is averaged 1 per case but I have not seen this constantly in cases, technically it could be one of your case hits (you could have more then 1 case hit) but it would be a very weak one
