2004 Fleer Tradition Dual Throwback Threads

I have something bugging me to no end. About 4 years ago, I bought a $9.99 pack at Target, where you get a pack of cards, and a guaranteed JSY card. I was lucky enough to get this, even though the bottom length of the card is slightly creased:

Now, according to research on the web, those cards are supposed to be numbered to /100, and this one is not numbered. And, it's not in the OPG at all. And I traded for this last week, and it's supposed to be numbered to /75, and there's no numbering.

Here is the description of the product:

15 Dual Throwback Threads Jerseys (#'d to 100)
15 Dual Throwback Threads Patch (#'d to 75)

I guess, I would love to know, why aren't these numbered, and why aren't they in the OPG? Should I just chalk it up to Fleer "being Fleer"?

Seems like for me when I used to buy some of the retail stuff, it was not serial #d, but the hobby product of the same kind/brand was....I also saw in an older Beckett the print runs of 100 and 75....possibly both cards are retail? Very nice patch card by the way! Can't imagine the patch card from a retail product though......I don't think I'm any help at all!
