ok, i did some digging and found out that it's from the 1996 topps stars set. it's a reprint of his rookie card, and it's an insert. still books $8.00. sorry i wasen't really sure on what it was some guy just gave it to me. still don't know why he just handed me the card. anyway sorry about the problem.
