UD Redenption Card

Hello all,

I am an internation sports card collector.
Recently, I have pulled a redemption card from UD and I login and enter the code. First of all, it shows that the player is signing, please be patient.
After 2 wks, the card appeared to be "fullfilled" but it showed "Item in process of shipping along with other projects".
Do this mean that my card is shipped? Or just in process?
Could someone ask UD for me how long can I expect my card to be shipped?
Or anyone can advise me how long will it take for the "in progress card"? A week? 10 days?
Please advise if any one can share with me.

i need this answer too, i dont know if bidding on redemptions cards, because UD dont ship boxes to Spain but i want to know if they have the similar political about redemptions

There should be no problem, receiving redemptions from UD anywhere in the world. I had severel cards that i redeemed online. Except of one all have arrived. The greater risk is that the card will not be produced.

In shipping process means, you may wait up to two weeks, till the card is finally shipped. Sometimes it is faster. You should be patient.

When the status in UD is "Item in process of shipping along with other projects" this means that they are ready to ship your redemption but haven't shipped yet. When they officially ship out the package, you will receive an email stating that they shipped it, and the status will also say "shipped on xxxx(date)"

They send out their packages with FedEx.

the athlete doesn't sign the cards. I'm having the same problem with an auto set i'm working on. 5 or 6 players never signed, and Walt Bellamy is still pending. If yours already says "in process of shipping" and UD never contacted you about a replacement, you should get the card listed on the redemption.
