    Ebay Rant and question

The other day I bought a 2009 Topps Chrome blue refractor of Jordan Schafer. I received the card today and it has those stupid refractor marks all up and down the one side. This was not mentioned in the description, nor was it visible in the picture. I'm really angered by this and I'd like to know what others would do. The seller has a no return policy. I'd like to just leave negative feedback but I'm not quite sure that's the right thing to do.

So my question is, what would you do?

Contact the seller, some sellers on ebay will try and work something out with you. If they won't do anything, I guess negative is the way to go.

I did that and their response was "What do you want me to do?"

If you paid with paypal you might be able to dispute it, if not I think negative might be the only way to go.

You could ask for a partial refund. Some sellers are willing to do this to avoid a negative feedback.

I would not leave a negative, as you did actually get the card. Perhaps the seller didn't mention it as it's a natural thing that can happen with refractors.

I know it's natural but I would have liked to know that it was like that.

i received three cards in the past few days that came in those factory sealed cases, but the cases were so banged up, scratched and look like someone sat on them for a few day straight, that you cant even see the autograph on the card. talk about false advertisement!
