Need some help, is this fake

I have no clue. If it is real I must have it but...

    -Signature looks off
    -Logo looks off
-Neither Beckett nor Panini list this card or any like it

-Green materials are supposed to be /299, how would you fake the 1/1 stamp on the back?

    Need some quick opinions,

    Thanks

It might be one of those cards they give away the they make for dealers and high up people.

I can't vouch for the signature or the origin of the actual card, but that NFL logo patch isn't authentic. Not even close to what's used on the neck collar.

I didn't think it looked right either, you can usually see the stiching that is supposed to be the laces can't you.

You can always contact Panini and ask if they put in logo patches.

The NFL logo isn't authentic, period. That makes the card fake, just look at other shields, it isn't even in the same neighborhood. While there can be some variation to the stitching on the logos, it isn't that great. The blue coloring isn't right, the N isn't right, the F is too low, the white stitching background isn't right, and the border between the stars and the NFL isn't right.
