    Need BV on RC card

    2002 Manu Ginobili Topps Chrome Refractors White Borders

    I think it books for $50. It is graded PSA 9, so what is the BV with the grading.

    Mint (PSA 9) is usually the same price for non-RCs. But for rookie years they occasionally garner an additional 10-20%
    The White Border, in my opinion, would BV $60
