Would it be wrong of me to ask him to send my cards back AND include postage paid envelope/bubble mailer for me to send his cards back?
Not necessarily, but like Kevin (tarheelsnipe) said, just try to get your cards back - I would imagine that you'd be ok putting out another $2 just to get your cards back.

Idk but that's not right. I had a similar situation where I sold a card to somebody on another forum, and I had to send the card first. The buyer received the card, and tried selling it and trading it before he paid me for it. In turn, I contacted a mod, and had the problem resolved with the buyer making the payment and shipping two cards that were on his/her part of the deal.
Your situation is very different, but with the help of a mod, I had the problem resolved, and hopefully if you contact a mod, you will also have your problem resolved. Try and bombard this guy with emails, and try to get your cards back, then send him his and never deal with that person EVER again.
I hope you get this situation resolved quickly, and that you get your cards back even faster.

I think that's really terrible! I've heard of stories where people get screwed like that and I consider myself lucky b/c I've dealt w/good guys like you. I really hope you get your cards back b/c that seems to be the only way you'll come out of this satisfied since this guy apparently has no common sense. Please let us know what happens.

Update:
He responded to my email and said he didnt think it was a big deal. His point was that what he sent, in lieu of what he agreed to send, was fair for what I traded... NO i dont think so.
Now he wants me to send my cards back to him first, should i send them or tell him i want my cards sent first?
Thx
Joe

Then give him a piece of your mind!!! Shoot, if he wants you to send the cards back to him first, since you live so close, why not set a date and time and meet up? I think that would be the best way.
Hope you get them cards back!

Do not send his cards out first. Tell him that it was his fault and he needs to correct the problem. I would not worry about the shipping as long as you get your cards back.
Also do not try to meet him in person, he already tried to pull a fast one on you. You don't know what other things he has in mind.
