    question on 2003 high gear

    is the blue hawaii cards the only blue foil cards that year

    To my knowledge the only Blue Foil from 2003 HG are the Blue Hawaiis. While they were originally encased similar to a grading service by SCD, there are a few out there they people "un-encased." Check out the pictures from my Stewart PC on my site and you can see what they look like encased.
