How to use photoshop?

Thanks...I thought I had to pay for it but I just downloaded adobe and photoshop and it hadn't said anything about having to pay for it or a 30 day trial (which is what I was originally going for).

Right now, I'm just having trouble decorating images

it's not letting me for some reason...I don't know how to add text or more images to one backround...

Yeah my trial ended a long time ago

There should be a T button and then you click on that, then just go to your image and make a box, you should be able to type text in there. Download some fonts and make some cool effects
