No offense but Jamison has about a 0% chance of making the all-decade team.
Yeah hes been consistent, but hes made 2 All-star teams and won a 6th man award... never carried his team to make a big playoff splash.. just hasnt done enough imo.

.... Which is why I said he's on the brink, aka honorable mention.
People have said Dirk, Amare , big Ben , and Chris Paul(he's only had like what, 4 seasons?). If those guys are on the brink, so should Jamison.

Nah i dont even think hes on the brink... on the brink means they have a shot... hes doesnt..
Ben Wallace? Never...
Chris Paul? his chance is slim to none... Yeah i have man love for the guy, but he just doesnt have the body of work to be considered for the all-decade team.
Dirk has a 100% chance of making the team.. quote me on that.
Amare? Yeah that 1 amazing year, and is a 4x all-star.. is that enough? Maybe?

Kidd should be ahead of Nash. Just saying.

Arenas has more of a shot than Jamison, and Arenas won't make it...no Wizard will make it...sorry!
As for Chris Paul, he's probably not a good choice for all-decade just yet...for the 10's team, I would assume he would be, but probably not for this decade...wasn't really thinking the tenure in the NBA...and, for that matter, the same should be said for Dwight Howard...he's only played one year longer than CP3.
T-Mac - he has a shot, but I don't think his chances are that high
Ben Wallace - yeah, he's been great on defense, but his offense is far too low to even be considered...heck, Bowen has more offense than Ben, and nearly the same amount of defense - should he be considered?
Amare - while he has done some good, he doesn't have any awards to show for his career...he's another "on the brink", but not sure he'd qualify...kinda like Yao...
Carmelo - he's been good, but I wouldn't put him on the team...possibly an "on the brink", but I wouldn't bet on him making it
Pierce - forgot about him - he's not guaranteed a spot, but he should be on the roster...plus, the team needs more than 1 SF (Lebron)
Dirk - the only thing that makes me pause is his defense (rather, lack there of), but I think he has a decent shot of making it
Ray Allen - as much as I like him, and as great of a player he is, I think his chances are very slim to non-existent - great scorer, great D, but his lack of any awards/postseason experience until teaming up with KG and Pierce will probably cost him the chance of being one of the decades top 12
Kidd - not sure how I didn't think of him! Absolutely!
So, here's my new list:
Lebron James
Kobe Bryant
Kevin Garnett
Tim Duncan
Shaquille O'Neal
Steve Nash
Jason Kidd
Dirk Nowitzki
Paul Pierce
Allen Iverson
Dwyane Wade
Dwight Howard (yeah, I know what I said earlier in this post)
And these guys are on the brink, but I wouldn't be surprised if none of them made it, simply because the above 12 are so great:
Chris Paul
Yao Ming
Vince Carter
Tracy McGrady
Amare Stoudemire
Carmelo Anthony
Ray Allen
Gilbert Arenas

Not at all, consistent doesn't cut it, he isnt even on the brink in my opinion, if he is lets just put guys like Rasheed Wallace, Richard Hamilton, Jason Terry and others like that on the list?
He carried his team to a first round exit

Although, MJ did play early in the decade so he gets a ceremonial (*) on the list. He wasn't as productive, but he still led the Wizards in several categories.
Kobe
Lebron
Wade
Dwight
Duncan
Garnett
Nash
Shaq
Kidd
Chris Paul
Allen Iverson

If there was a hand gesture smiley I would use it...
Ming doesn't deserve to be anywhere near the list! He's had a couple good seasons, but is injury prone and has exited from the 1st round of the playoffs so many times I lost count!
How about these guys?
Chris Webber(or does he belong on the 90s team since that's when he did most his damage?)
Vince Carter
