Damaged 2009/10 Topps Cards.
I pulled 2 cards from a jumbo box.
1. Holiday McDonalds Auto #'d
and
2. Kobe Bryant All Star Jersey #'d
The Holiday has a ding in the black border (shows white on the black card.)
Kobe has tiny indentation in middle of card.
Are these 'damaged' enough to send back? I didn't damage them, they were like that when I pulled them.
What's the process with Topps and damaged cards?
Thanks for any/all feedback.

If you can post them to let people judge whether they are damaged or not might be a good idea. There is a thread in the sticky that will help you out if you do want to send them in though.

Thanks, I'll read the sticky.
Here are the cards with an arrow pointing to the deficiencies.

A lot of my cards had that but they were like 2-3 dollar cards so I didn't go through the trouble. It won't hurt your resale value, wouldn't go through the trouble

they'd both still grade at least a 7 so I wouldn't consider them damaged. Black border cards are notorious for chipping. that's why finding one with a perfect border sells for considerable more than one with minor chipping. On the Kobe, it's a minor surface flaw.
