most of the teams will send extras if you ask

i always ask and they always sent extras

I've gotten pens, color books, a comic book, occasionally some cards of players and postcards

I've compiled a pretty comprehensive list of Minor League teams who have sent something, or will not. I have sent out to just about every MiLB team as well as indy leagues. I will update it if there is any desire to see it. This is just based on my personal correspondence with these teams, ones that have actually responded in some form (so far) to my inquiry.
