I saw somebody got back an 8 x 10 a couple days ago and they sent it one day after i sent my card. Does this mean i have a chance of getting mine back soon?

I got him earlier this year c/o his home. He signed 4/4 in just under 2 weeks

i know, i know. but it just seems like people always get him back pretty fast. im just really anxious. i havent gotten any of my 30 back.
