Prospect Game - Coyotes @ Kings
Just got back from the Prospects game between the Kings and Coyotes. Overall, a good game....Had a good mixture of skill, hard-hitting, scoring and fights....
Got a pretty good look at Kings #1 pick Brayden Schenn. I like what he brings....Also got to see some highly rated Kings Prospects in Hickey, Teubert, Voynov and Loktionov.
On the Coyotes side...Porter was scratch but Jared Staal was out there...He sisnt look to comfotable out there...lost at times...a couple people shouted how he was the embarrassment of the Staal family....
5 fights in all....Kings clearly won 4 of them...the last fight was actually Hagel sucker punching Teubert in the head and the two ended up tackling each other to the ground....I am sure it was a payback to yesterday when someone up-ended Hickey and Teubert went crazy on the guy....or just some of the mean hits he did throughout the game - Hagel wanted him bad....Too bad he didnt know to Teubert, its not personal, he hits EVERYONE that isnt on the Kings....

Thanks....If anyone gets a chance to see one of these games live.....its worth the trip/money to go see....they are not the superstars of the NHL....but could be in 5 years.....Definitely an experience I enjoyed....

Thanks for the pics. Roughly how many people attended?
On another note, if Upper Deck got their hands on these jerseys, it would be better if they used them in the rookie products rather than the photo shoot worn jerseys. They could say "worn in a prospects game".

Thats a great point - maybe someone from Upper Deck should check into that!!!!
There were about 200 people - it was a 2pm game on a Thursday though...The first game I couldnt attend was at 6pm Wednesday and heard there were 500 people (Max allowed)
I was able to get a front row seat and get some pictures near the glass....
