    Making a Cut Auto set

Hey guys. So i was going through my autos through email stuff and realized i have alot that i will never use. So i am going to cut them down and use it for a cut. I am also gonna send some index cards to ppl to sign and put them in the cut. I made a design and I was wondering what is the best way to cut out the area where the autograph will go. I am printing it on photo paper right now.

    Thanks

I have made a few letterman cards and I use a matte cutter. but, I use spray adhesive to matte board... Check your local scrapbook store (Michaels / Hobby Lobby). they have some large punches that would probably be big enough...probably cost around $12 bucks...
