Nope he is a rookie in 09/10 and the contest was closed to new participants as of Dec.31/09

As Chris has already mentioned the deadline to enter was Dec. 31st, 2009. As for Weber, although he did play 3 games in the NHL in 08-09 he did not have a single rookie card made that season and is still considered a rookie this season, as well as this is his rookie season in the trading card world.
