Ah, this Sucks....
Here I am, totally pumped to get into a new hobby...have a good time making my own customs...printed a few and sent'm out
But then, just then I try to print a few more and BAM! printer takes a dump on me! I put it through a lot of use, but it's only 5 months old! HP better make good on this one
...think all it needs is a new printer head. Now I just have to survive customer support! 
Yeah, no point to this post. Just a pity cry!

hahahahaha....sometimes is cheaper to get a new one. Printer heads can be expensive

Wow, actually some good news!
HP is sending me a new print head and an entire order of ink, and since the printer is only 6 months old, this one is on them! Just better not happen again!
TIP: If anyone owns an HP Product and have a little patience, use their EMAIL Support. A phone call takes forever just to get through and then you either never understand them or they never understand you. Through email, I got constant feedback that was straightforward and impossible to screw up.
