You can probably get Artifacts for under $100

I would go with black diamond or artifacts. As others said before can get well under 100 and have multiple hits each, and are both great looking sets.

Once again, 08-09 UD 1 or 08-09 MVP. The prices are cheap and for the money you certainly get a good break with lots of hits and LOTS of cards. Plus, there is a possibility you actually get something nice from UD 1. I got two boxes and got Oshie, Brassard, and Stamkos YGs, 3 of the best ones. I also got the Sid WC Insert. In a Fat Pack of UD 1 I got the Wheeler YGs. In UD 1 you'll get 6 YGs RCs and 2 JSYs. In MVP you'll get 12 RCs and 1 quad JSY.

yea all of the 09-10 are presell except victory, ultra(would stay away from if u want multiple hits) and itg 72, which actually looks pretty good this year. all the 08-09 is starting to get cheaper so it might be a good idea to get something from that year...with $50 to $100 to spend, i would go with one of these:

artifacts
black diamond
spx
ud masterpieces
upper deck s1

o-pee-chee isn't too bad either but ur chances aren't too good of getting something high end.

I agreed with quite-things. Perfect recommendation, Artifacts you get an Auto, and at least 3 jersey or patch cards. Also you'll get a rookie redemtion card. Those are always fun. The Trilogy is nice too, same deal some nice autos and memrobilla stuff in there.

artifacts is a great choice too, i didn't suggest it only cause i didn't do so hot on my box.

No no no....dont get that, you will not get much hits with a retail box, what you want is the hobby version of that. Hang on will get you a link
