** That time of the month**

Every month I have a rough week.... Normally the same week of the month, every month when my girlfriend is experiencing her monthly thingamajiggy.

We've been together off and on for almost 9 years..... We snapped on each other twice today..... One minute we were talking about marriage and after a stupid, pointless altercation I sarcastically asked her to leave my house and she gladly obliged.

Man, I hate this time of month.... Am I the only one who gets fussed at and must endure a wicked attitude because our ancestor Eve was sneaky and our precious women today are forever cursed?

Im on 24.... I'd hate to think this will carry on into a marriage.




My apologies in advance...... If anybody is offended by my weak attempt at trying to use subliminal religious humor in my current plight. I need a laugh... Im losing my mind......................................

I found a mini vacation during their time always works. I rent a few movies that I like (yea bit of a selfish mood) but make sure that I get something for her so when that TOTM happens, she can be in her own while im not interfering.

Agreed...I've been married for 4 1/2 years and what works best is just know it's coming, be expecting it, and be a little more laid back and patient than usual. Little comments you might say most of the time, even joking, let it go. I can't tell you how many little joking jabs have gotten me in trouble...

my ex-wife's monthly visit was really screwed up....she was nice for about 5 days and the rest of the month she was a total....oh well..I think you get the picture



and on a side note, ......If nothing else...remember this:

When she walks into the living room while you are watching baseball and she ask you "do these jeans make my butt look big?"....
