    Damaged Card

    hey guys.

i have this card that came out of the pack damaged. All 4 edges are quite rough and have dings, and are even worse in person. I wouldn't think about trading this card just b/c of the condition it's in. Anyway, I've heard people say they've called UD before about replacing damaged cards. Does this usually work?

There is a good old saying in the world of well...anything...lol "It doesn't hurt to try" I will say first of all that is a sweet card damaged or not...Secondly if you do attempt to contact Upper Deck or any card company be firm yet polite...Those customer service reps are overloaded with requests and they have nothing to do with the manufacturing errors that occur.... I figure this is probably common sense for you (but you would be surprised) Because of low print numbers its hard to say how much success you will get with receiving a replacement that is satisfactory to you but in my past dealings with them they have always come through...It just requires some patience and an open mind...
Best of luck do let everyone know how it turns out

(PS it helps if you keep the pack or box which it came from they will ask you for the UPC code)
