nice that the seller has a super small picture and no mention of numbering. not his first rodeo on selling fakes....

I would not trust that card. Super small scan, you can't see the serial number or the patch. Bidders have private feedback. Consecutive negative feedback. Plus with all the fake patches going around.

AP SPA Scam - Unbelievable
I can see replacing a 1 color patch with something more appealing, but someone actually thought it would be a good idea to replace a well-centered 3-color with a logo that is probably 3 times the size of the one that appears on the game jersey. If you were thinking about this one, stay away fellas!

Just look at the other thread about this card. I'm pretty sure someone has a bid of $1,000,000 in to stick it to the seller. It's just a joke at the seller's expense. It also forces the guy to hang onto an altered card with diminished value longer than he wants to hold on to it.
The only way to make eBay pull this garbage is to either win the card and file a complaint (they'll probably just relist), or force the card companies to act. Anyone with enough time on their hands could probably present a case to Upper Deck and tell them they need to do something about it. If they do not, they are furthering the fraud and can be held liable. Then you just sue the fraudulent seller and UD together. That would probably slow down the fakes.

I believe this is the same card and seller that was bid up to $259,000 last night and then taken down. He has changed the scan. Here was the original auction:
